 Carbon dioxide
(atmospheric levels)
When all other
environmental conditions are optimised, it can be beneficial (but
probably not cost effective) to add extra carbon dioxide. Up to 1% is
effective (normal atmospheric concentration is 0.035%). Benefits are
reported with roses, carnations, cucumbers and orchids.
